Required products (for 2 servings) :

  • 2 pieces of pangasius fillet
  • 4 medium-sized carrots
  • 4 medium-sized mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • savory to taste
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • Himalayan salt

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the carrots into circles, the fish into pieces (if desired), onions and mushrooms - in bulk. If you do not have a special steamer, pour water into the pot and put a suitable grill (grill) with legs. The water level should be equal to the height of the feet.
