How To Cook Stephanie Roll With Mushrooms, Pickles And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

700 grams of minced meat mixture

2 pickles

4 eggs

2 carrots

300 grams of mushrooms

2 onions

150 grams of yellow cheese

oil

pepper

Method of preparation :

Add 2 eggs to the minced meat, add salt and pepper to taste, mix well. Boil the other two eggs hard and grate them. Peel an onion, cut it into large cubes and grate the carrots. Fry them together in oil until golden. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and also fry. Grate the yellow cheese and divide it into 3 equal parts.

Spread an even layer of minced meat on plastic wrap. Sprinkle with one part grated yellow cheese, followed by onions and carrots, grated boiled eggs, chopped pickles, mushrooms and yellow cheese again. Roll up a roll, sprinkle with the remaining yellow cheese and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 50 minutes (or until done).
