Necessary products:

  • 600-800 grams of minced meat
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 200-300 grams of spinach leaves
  • 100-120 grams of mozzarella or other soft cheese
  • 1 small onion
  • garlic to taste
  • parsley
  • left
  • baking paper
  • spices of your choice

Method of preparation:

Bring water to a boil when this happens, add salt and put the washed spinach leaves in it. Cook for about 20 minutes until soft and dark green. Then drain the water and squeeze the spinach. Boil 2 eggs hard, peel them and cut them in half lengthwise.

Mix the minced meat with the third egg, grated yellow cheese, chopped onion, garlic and parsley, salt, spices. Cut the mozzarella into pieces 3-5 mm thick.

Cut a piece of baking paper 20 cm longer than the length of the roll you plan to make. Spread the paper on the bottom of the tray. Spread the minced meat evenly on it and flatten it. Put half of the spinach in the middle of the minced meat, then the eggs, the rest of the spinach on top and finish with the mozzarella. Form a roll using paper, wrap like candy.

Put the roll in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Then remove the paper and leave for another 10-15 minutes until a golden crust forms.

Several suggestions:

 - You can use rice instead of mozzarella;

 - Instead of yellow cheese - potatoes or a slice of bread soaked in milk;

 - Stew spinach in oil and spices, you will get a richer taste;

Enjoy your meal!
