Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 cm ginger root, grated
  • 2 sweet potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tea red lentils
  • 1 1/2 liters of vegetable broth
  • yogurt for serving
  • mint for serving

Method of preparation :

Heat the fat in a saucepan and fry the spices until they release their aroma for about 1 minute. Add onion and half a teaspoon of salt, fry for 2-3 minutes.
