How To Cook Stew With Cauliflower, Beans And Chocolate - Recipe

We present you a very interesting, tasty and lean stew with such unusual products that it is only for the bravest of you, ready to try new things. Cauliflower and beans may sound strange, but how about chocolate and maple syrup? If you are ready to try it, here is what it takes to complete the recipe.

Required products :

  • 400 grams of chopped canned tomatoes
  • 400 grams of canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 diced carrot
  • 1 small head of cauliflower, cut into roses
  • 125 grams of mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 25 grams of dark chocolate, cut in bulk (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 hot pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 600 grams of potatoes cut into slices for frying
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 100 grams of kale

for serving:

  • coriander, grated yellow cheese, hot pepper, green onions

Method of preparation :

Put everything for the stew except the potatoes and kale in a large saucepan.

Add 2 cups of water and cook until the vegetables are soft.

Put the potatoes in a pan and bake for about 35-40 minutes, seasoned with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

In the last 10 minutes of baking, put the kale in the stew.

Serve it with potatoes.
