Required products :

  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 120 grams of bacon, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 carrots, cut into circles
  • 1 small red pepper, chopped
  • 1 stalk of celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon canned tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (fresh)
  • 3 potatoes, sliced
  • 4 teaspoons beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dill

Method of preparation :

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and fry the pieces of meat until white.
