Necessary products

  • 400 grams of chicken legs, finely chopped
  • 2 cans (total 800 grams) white beans, drained
  • 600 milliliters of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 carrots, finely chopped
  • 3 stalks of celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 bay leaf

 

Method of preparation

Put a large saucepan on the stove and heat the oil in it. Fry the chicken inside until golden brown. Pour the carrots, celery and onions. Fry for a few more minutes until softened.
