How To Cook Stew With Spicy Sausage, Spinach And Beans - Recipe

Required products :

  • 150 grams of chopped sausage "chorizo" or another of your choice
  • 1 onion - finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic - finely chopped
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary - chopped
  • 2 cans of 400 grams of oil beans
  • 400 grams of chopped tomatoes
  • 600 milliliters of chicken broth
  • 200 grams of spinach
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Method of preparation :

Fry the chorizo ​​in half a tablespoon of olive oil for 2-3 minutes until it begins to toast on the edges of the slices. Add the onion and cook for another 10 minutes, finally add the garlic and rosemary.

Two minutes later, add the strained beans, tomatoes and broth. After boiling the stew, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, covered.

Add the spinach and most of the parsley, stir and cook until the leaves are soft. Serve the stew sprinkled with a little parsley.

Consume with crispy toast.
