Cut the vegetables into the shape and size you want. Put them in a saucepan and fill with water and broth. Add garlic, red pepper, oregano and half a teaspoon of salt. Put on low heat to boil, until fully cooked. If you choose, use a slow cooker and cook for a maximum of 4 hours, or a minimum of 8 hours.
Before serving, fry the chorizo until fragrant and crispy. Put 1 full ladle of soup in the pan and pour the whole mixture into the pan. Add the remaining salt and pepper.
Garnish with sprouts when serving.
