Required products :

3 teaspoons beans

300 grams of mushrooms

bow

carrots

tomato paste

oil

left

savory and other spices of your choice

 

Method of preparation :

Soak the beans for 2 hours in water and cook until done. Grate the carrots, chop the mushrooms and onions.

Heat oil and fry the mushrooms in it, then add the onion, after a few minutes pour the carrots, finally the tomato paste, salt and spices to taste. Suffocate.
