Clean the liver from the skins, cut it into medium-sized pieces. Peel the onion heads, turn them into semicircles and fry until golden in a little oil. Then add the liver and cook over medium heat until a yellow crust forms. Then pour the water and simmer for a few minutes.
Cut the melted cheese into pieces, put them in the liver together with the yoghurt, garlic, chopped fresh dill and stew for another 10 minutes.
Add salt to taste and serve hot.
