How To Cook Stewed Beef Liver With Processed Cheese, Dill, Garlic And Onions - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Stewed beef liver with melted cheese, dill, garlic and onion". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1.5 kg of beef liver
  • 300 grams of melted cheese
  • 25 grams of dill
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • salt to taste
  • 3 onions
  • 500 grams of yogurt
  • 200 milliliters of water
  • oil to taste


Method of preparation :

Clean the liver from the skins, cut it into medium-sized pieces. Peel the onion heads, turn them into semicircles and fry until golden in a little oil. Then add the liver and cook over medium heat until a yellow crust forms. Then pour the water and simmer for a few minutes.

Cut the melted cheese into pieces, put them in the liver together with the yoghurt, garlic, chopped fresh dill and stew for another 10 minutes.

Add salt to taste and serve hot.
