Wash the buckwheat and dry it in a hot pan.
Fry the minced meat together with onions and carrots. Add the tomato puree and stir.
Then pour the buckwheat and pour the water that should cover the grains.
Let everything simmer for 15-20 minutes on low heat, and at the end of cooking put the garlic, salt and pepper.
The porridge is ready.
