Required products :

  • 450 grams of chicken breast
  • 450 grams of broccoli
  • 230 grams of chopped mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons frying fat
  • salt and pepper


For the sauce:

  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/3 tea cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chicken broth
  • 1/4 tea cup flour


Method of preparation :

Put a tablespoon of the fat in a large pan and place on a medium heat. Once the oil is hot, pour the sliced ​​chicken breasts into the dish, season with black pepper, add salt and fry until browned. Then remove the meat from the pan and leave for a moment.

In the same pan again put a spoonful of fat and mushrooms. When they begin to soften, add the broccoli, increase the heat. Once the broccoli is soft, immediately remove it from the pan along with the mushrooms.

It's time to put the third tablespoon of oil in the pan, add the ginger and garlic. They need to start releasing their scent. Then add sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, chicken broth, flour and start stirring gently.

A few minutes later, return the chicken, broccoli and mushrooms to the pan with the sauce and stir everything.

The dish is served with rice garnish and bread.
