Heat olive oil in a pan and fry sliced onions.
Drain it and put the chicken legs in the same fat.
Add the chopped carrots and lemon, olives, garlic cloves, add the wine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir and season the dish with finely chopped coriander, turmeric and ginger. Stew the dish for 20 minutes and serve warm.
