How To Cook Stewed Fresh Cabbage With Garlic, Dill And Bacon - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1/2 fresh cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable broth
  • salt, black and red pepper to taste
  • 150-200 grams of bacon, finely chopped
  • 1 head of garlic, peeled
  • a few sprigs of fresh dill
  • 1-2 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 30 milliliters of white wine

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat the fat with a suitable pan with a lid, chop the cabbage finely and fry it. Add salt, black and red pepper to taste. Put whole cloves of garlic, pieces of bacon, chopped fresh dill and parsley.

Stir the dish, pour the broth and white wine. Stew the mixture for 20 minutes, stir and cook until the vegetables are ready. Cool, spread the cabbage on a plate and serve.
