Required products :

  • 1 cup green peas
  • 100 grams of minced meat
  • 1 medium onion head
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • a pinch of sugar
  • salt to taste
  • oil

Method of preparation :

Fry onion on high heat, add tomato puree and red pepper puree, put the crushed garlic.

A few minutes later, pour the minced meat and let it fry, stirring quickly. When this happens, pour the peas, stir several times and pour 3-4 teaspoons of boiling water (it should cover the products completely). Add the spices, close the pan with a lid and bring to a boil. Allow the products to cook until ready. If the water evaporates and the dish remains "dry", add more boiling water. If you find it too liquid, remove the lid and wait for the liquid to evaporate until a not very liquid dish is obtained.

You can serve it with rice pilaf, bulgur, also with pasta or mashed potatoes.

Enjoy your meal!
