How To Cook Stewed Meatballs With Potatoes And Melted Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of raw chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 carrots, peeled and cut into circles
  • 5 potatoes
  • olive oil or oil for frying
  • 100 grams of melted cheese for spreading
  • salt, pepper and ground cumin
  • fresh parsley for sprinkling
  • turmeric on the tip of a knife

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the chicken in a meat grinder and grind it. Season with salt, pepper and cumin to taste. Form meatballs, pour olive oil or vegetable oil into a saucepan with a lid and fry.

Peel a squash, grate it and put it in a bowl. Stir and add the chopped carrots and onions. Season with turmeric, melted cheese and pour 100 milliliters of water.

Reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer until ready. Sprinkle portions and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve the dish warm.
