Required products :
- 450 grams of mushrooms, well washed, dried and halved
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 teaspoon of beer
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method of preparation :
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Saute the garlic for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
- Add the mushrooms and mix well to cover with the melted garlic oil.
- Slowly pour the beer into the pan and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
- Stir and simmer for about 25-30 minutes.
- Sprinkle the stewed mushrooms with fresh oregano and serve.
