Cut onions into semicircles, bacon - into thin strips. Put oil to heat and pour in onion, bacon, season. When the onion turns red, pour in the wine and let the products simmer for 5 minutes.
Drain the water from the peas and add it to the pan with the other ingredients. Cover with a lid and let everything cook for another 10 minutes.
The garnish is ready.
