Learn how to cook "Stewed pork rolls stuffed with rice and prunes". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
800 grams of pork fillet
16 prunes
100 grams of rice
3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons oil
salt and pepper
Method of preparation :
Cut the fillet into 8 equal sized pieces, which you pound and season with salt and ground black pepper.
Fill the rice with water and place the dish on the stove. Add salt and let it boil for 12-15 minutes.
Then drain the liquid and wash the beans with clean water.
When cool, add the peeled and pressed garlic cloves. Distribute the rice at one end of the pieces of meat, adding 2 tbsp. Add 2 prunes per roll.
Roll up rolls, fasten them with toothpicks or tie with a suitable string.
Fry the rolls until golden, transfer them to a saucepan and pour a little water. Let them simmer for 30 minutes. If necessary, add more water during cooking.
You can serve as a main course or as an appetizer.
