Required products :

  • 1 kg of pork
  • 300 grams of olives
  • 300 grams of sweet peppers
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 onions
  • frying oil
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • salt and spices for meat to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the pork into thin pieces and season to taste.

Spread each of them with sour cream and put them in a deep bowl. Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.

Cut onions into semicircles, peppers into small cubes or straws (you can use frozen), olives in halves (remove pits).

Fry the meat in oil (on both sides) and put the pieces in a pan, and on them a row of peppers, onions and olives.

Pour water and simmer on low heat for half an hour.

Then add the tomato puree, add salt and let the dish simmer for another 15-20 minutes.
