Required products :
400 grams of pork fillet
300 grams of mushrooms
100 grams of peppers
100 grams of tomatoes
150 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 25%
100 milliliters of olive oil

Method of preparation :
Cut the meat into equal cubes, about 1 x 1 cm. Pour 50 ml of olive oil into a pan, pour the meat, add salt, pepper to taste and fry for 15 minutes. While the meat is cooking, cut the mushrooms in bulk, the tomatoes into cubes and the peppers into thin long strips.
After 15 minutes of frying the meat, drain the juice or fat from the pan. Add 50 ml of olive oil and all vegetables. Season with salt and pepper, fry for 5 minutes, not forgetting to stir.
When the vegetables are ready, add the cream and water. 2/3 of the products must be immersed in the liquid. Stew everything for 15-20 minutes, but be careful that the mixture of water and cream does not evaporate completely.
The dish is ready.
