Necessary products:
500 grams of potatoes
100 grams of cheese
250 grams of mushrooms
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
100 grams of butter
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
salt, pepper and other spices to taste
Preparation :
Peel the potatoes, boil them until semi-finished in salted water, then cut into medium-sized cubes. Cut onions and mushrooms, stew them in half the oil, add the spices.
Crush the garlic and mix it with the remaining oil. Distribute it evenly on the bottom of the pot. Then put in layers: potatoes, cheese, potatoes, mushrooms, potatoes, parsley and finish with cheese. Close the pan with a lid and place in the oven. Let the dish cook at 200 degrees for
about 30 minutes.
