Required products :
4 - 5 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tomato
2 onions
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon tomato paste
50 olives
parsley
Black pepper grains
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Finely chop the onion and parsley, fry them in vegetable oil, add the flour and stir.
Then pour the peeled and sliced potatoes into the bowl.
Steam the tomato with boiling water, peel it, puree and add to the other products.
Add salt and peppercorns to taste, pour a little water, add tomato paste, olives (pitted and cut into circles), stir and let everything simmer under a lid until the potatoes are ready.
