Method of preparation :
Pour cold salted water over the spinach for 20 minutes. Cut each peeled potato into 4-6 pieces and fry until golden in a little oil.
Peel an onion, cut it and fry it separately and then pour it into the pot with the potatoes.
Add the chopped garlic, mustard, coriander, stir and after a minute pour a little hot water, close the pan with a lid and let the vegetables simmer for about 10 minutes.
Remove the spinach from the water, wash it, dry it, cut it into large pieces and add it to the stewed products. Tomatoes, turned into slices, also put in a bowl, add salt and after a minute remove the dish from the heat.
