How To Cook Stewed Potatoes With Tomatoes, Garlic And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

3-4 potatoes
3-4 tomatoes
1 onion
1-2 cloves garlic
1-2 pinches hot red pepper
3-4 tablespoons oil
salt to taste
parsley

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes, put them in a pan, fill half with water and put on high heat. Bring the water to a boil, reduce the temperature to medium, close the pan with a lid and let the vegetables cook for 10-15 minutes. Then pour off the water and put the oil, chopped onion and fry for 5 minutes on high heat, stirring.
While the potatoes are frying, chop the tomatoes and finely chop the garlic. Pour half of the garlic into the pot on the stove together with the tomatoes. Add the spices and let the products simmer on low heat until cooked through (about 15 minutes).
A minute before removing the dish from the heat, add the remaining garlic.
Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh parsley and serve.
