Required products :

  • 6 sausages
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 6 leaves of fresh cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • oil or frying oil
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation :

Blanch the cabbage leaves for 3-5 minutes in boiling water.

Remove the casing of the sausages and make cross-shaped incisions 4-5 cm deep at the ends.

Wrap each with cabbage leaves and fry the rolls on all sides in hot oil or butter.

Peel an onion, cut it into semicircles and sauté until transparent in oil, preventing redness. Add the flour and mix thoroughly. Then add the cream, salt and pepper to taste, stir again and heat a little until the sauce thickens. If desired, you can add tomato paste.

Distribute the sauce between the rolls in the pan, pour a little water, put the bay leaf and stew the dish under a lid for 5-7 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
