Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon long grain rice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 thinly sliced ​​spring onions
  • 1/2 cup coriander (parsley), chopped in bulk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 hot peppers (or replace with more ordinary hot peppers), chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 700 grams of cleaned shrimp
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon corn

Method of preparation :

Boil the rice until ready according to the instructions on the package (or cook it lightly in 3 cups of water).

Mix sour cream and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, pour over the rice and stir, add onion and coriander.

While the rice is cooking, heat the remaining olive oil in a pan and fry the peppers, seasoned with salt and pepper. When soft, after about 5-6 minutes, add seasoned shrimp and garlic. Cook for a few minutes until the seafood turns pink. Add the corn, when warm remove from the heat.

Season with more lemon juice and serve on a bed of milk rice.
