Necessary products:

 

  • 8 medium sized squid
  • one onion
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 100 grams of prosciutto
  • 100 milliliters of white wine
  • red and black pepper to taste
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • olive oil for frying

 

Method of preparation:


Clean, wash and dry the squid. Melt and heat the butter, fry the chopped onion, garlic cloves, hard-boiled eggs and prosciutto. Season the filling with salt, paprika, black pepper, add the breadcrumbs and pour some of the wine.

Allow the liquid to reduce, cool slightly and fill the squid. Close them with toothpicks and fry in olive oil. Pour 50 milliliters of wine, 50 milliliters of water and stew the dish for 20-30 minutes. Stir periodically until the sauce thickens. When ready, serve warm, sprinkled with spices of your choice.
