Necessary products:

5 potatoes

2 carrots

1 tomato

150 grams of mushrooms

1 pepper

100 grams of zucchini

2 onions

1 stalk of celery

50 grams of cream

25 grams of tomato puree

50 milliliters of water

salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Cut the potatoes, carrots and peppers into small pieces, the celery into small pieces, the onion into circles, the mushrooms and zucchini into pieces. Steam the tomato, peel it and chop it finely as well. Pour all the vegetables in a pot, pour 50 milliliters of hot water, salt and spices to taste, add the cream, tomato paste, stir and close the container.

Put the dish to cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes (or until the vegetables are ready).
