Learn how to cook "Stewed white beans with sausage and garlic". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
400 grams canned white beans
800 grams chopped canned tomatoes
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 chopped onion
500 grams sausage
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
fresh parsley to serve
Method of preparation :
Fry the sausage in half of the olive oil for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove to a plate.
In the remaining olive oil, fry the onion and garlic until soft and add the beans, tomatoes, barbecue sauce and brown sugar.
Return the sausage to the pan and let the dish simmer for 25 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley.
