Required products :
3 kg zucchini
220 grams sour cream with a fat content of 20%
100 milliliters of oil
25 grams of dill
garlic to taste
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the zucchini into small cubes (you can pre-peel if you prefer). Stew them for 20 minutes in the oil.
10 minutes after the start of the heat treatment, add salt and cream. Stir and five minutes later add garlic cloves to taste.
Season the finished dish with dill and serve.
