Required products :
500 grams of mascarpone
100-150 grams of sugar
3 egg yolks
lemon juice to taste
strawberries to taste
biscuits to taste
Preparation :
Beat the yolks with the sugar with a mixer until a pale yellow homogeneous consistency is obtained. Pour into a suitable container and place in a water bath, continuing to beat. Heat the mixture well, constantly rubbing the walls of the dish so that it does not dry out.
Cover the finished cream with plastic wrap and leave to cool.
Using a fork, mash the mascarpone in a bowl, add the cooled egg custard and beat with a mixer on low speed.
Mash or grind the strawberries lightly in a blender. Then sprinkle them with lemon juice and add 1-2 teaspoons of sugar if desired.
Grind the biscuits until crumbly.
You should "assemble" the products, shaping the dessert.
Take suitable bowls or cups, distribute the mascarpone cream in them, so that it occupies 1/3 of the volume of the dish. Put strawberries on this base and cream again. Sprinkle with biscuit crumbs and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
Another option is to alternate cream, strawberries and biscuits in the sequence of your choice, ending with a layer of strawberries. You can sprinkle with grated chocolate.
