Required products :
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 50 grams of chocolate
- 420 grams of flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 8 grams of leavening agent
- 320 milliliters of milk
- 2 eggs
- 100 milliliters of oil
- pinch of salt
- a pinch of vanilla
Method of preparation :
Washed and cleaned strawberries cut into four parts, crush the chocolate.
Mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt and vanilla. Add the chocolate and strawberry pieces.
Mix the eggs with the milk and oil, then combine the two combinations.
Put paper ones in muffin tins and fill each with the dough, which should occupy 2/3 of its volume.
Bake the cupcakes for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Serve when cool.
