Learn how to cook "Strawberry, raspberry fruit salad with mascarpone cream and sour cream". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

150 - 200 grams of berries

150 - 200 grams of raspberries

2 pieces of well-ripened kiwi

250 milliliters of whipping cream with a fat content of 33%

100 grams of mascarpone or other suitable cream cheese

vanilla sugar on the tip of a knife

powdered sugar

mint leaves

For the sauce:

100 grams of raspberries

100 grams of sugar

Method of preparation :

Make the sauce. To do this, mix the raspberries with the sugar in a suitable bowl and put on medium heat. When the combination boils, remove from the heat and strain with a sieve.

Make a cream by whipping the cream until stiff. Mix it with the mascarpone and add the vanilla sugar.

Cut the strawberries into 6-8 pieces, the large raspberries in half. Peel a kiwi and cut it sideways into pieces about 1.5 cm thick.

Take suitable molds and arrange the fruits and cream in them, alternating them in layers. Drizzle the dessert with the raspberry syrup.

You can sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with mint leaves.

Of course, to prepare a delicious salad, you can use other fruits according to the season. Not only melons and watermelons are suitable, because they are too juicy and flowing will destroy the "construction".

Enjoy your meal!
