Required products :
500 grams of fresh strawberries
500 milliliters of fresh milk
0.5 teaspoon cream
sugar to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel and wash the strawberries, mash them through a sieve, then add the milk and sugar to taste. Stir and pour into tall suitable chilled glasses. Refrigerate for a while and when you remove the cocktail add the whipped cream. Garnish with pieces of strawberries and serve immediately.
The drink is served very cold.
