Required products :
4 fresh pears, peeled, cleaned of seeds and cut into pieces
1 teaspoon cinnamon a
handful of dark raisins
1-2 tablespoons sugar
15 leaves peeled
1-2 tablespoons melted butter
Method of preparation :
Cover the bottom of the tray with parchment.
In a deep bowl, mix the peeled, peeled and sliced pears with the raisins. Sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and stir.
