Required products :
6-8 apples
500 grams chicken fillet
100 grams sour cream
100 grams butter
2-3 cloves garlic
350 milliliters milk
2 tablespoons flour
100 grams peeled pumpkin seeds
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Boil the fillet until ready, let it cool and cut into small pieces.
Melt the butter in a suitable bowl, add the flour and stir. Then pour in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture boils.
Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste and let the sauce boil until thickened (its consistency resembles liquid cream).
Pour the sliced fillet into it and remove the pan from the heat.
Cut off the top of the apples (caps) and remove the core with the seeds so that the "walls" remain about 1/2 centimeter thick.
Fill the apples with the chicken in the sauce and arrange them in a tray. Put a small piece of butter on each fruit and pour the cream to which you have added finely grated garlic.
Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and place the pan in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
You can serve the dish both hot and cold.
