How To Cook Stuffed Apples With Rice, Fruits And Nuts - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 large green apples
  • pumpkin
  • well-cooked rice or rice bran
  • honey
  • dried apricots
  • raisins
  • walnuts or other nuts
  • spices: vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg

 

Method of preparation :

Separate the core of the fruit with a little of their flesh.

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and cook until soft together with the rice bran.

Then puree, mash with a fork, and add honey to taste. Add the dried fruits, nuts and spices.

Mix everything and fill the apples with the sweet combination.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-35 minutes.
