Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 700 grams of flour
  • 9 grams of dry yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 milliliters of oil
  • 10 grams of salt
  • 10 grams of sugar
  • 200 milliliters of water

 

for the stuffing

 

  • 300 grams of tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon savory
  • 200 grams of diced bacon
  • 200 grams of marinated mushrooms
  • 150 grams of canned corn
  • 2-3 chopped pickled peppers
  • 200 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 100 grams of green olives with filling of your choice
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into circles
  • fresh basil leaves for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Mix the flour with the yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl and beat the eggs with the oil. Pour 200 milliliters of water and knead the dough. Leave it to rise and divide into two equal parts. Spread a cake pan with a sheet of parchment and spread the first loaf.

Spread it with tomato puree and sprinkle with oregano, basil and savory. Garnish with bacon, peppers, mushrooms, corn, chopped olives, tomatoes and grated cheese.

Cover with the second tray and do the same. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake until done. Cool, slice and serve the pizza garnished with fresh basil leaves.
