How To Cook Stuffed Bagel With Garlic Cream, Olives And Bacon - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 baguette
  • 220 grams of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 50 grams of dried tomatoes
  • 50 grams of chopped olives
  • 60 grams of chopped ham or bacon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon savory
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation:


Cut both ends of the baguette and use a wooden spoon to carve the inside. Using a wire whisk, stir in the cream cheese, add the garlic and yellow cheese.

Season with salt, pepper and add chopped bacon or ham, savory, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes and olives.

Mix until homogeneous and fill the baguette with the resulting mixture. Wrap the bread in cling film, cool for an hour, cut into circles and serve.
