How To Cook Stuffed Baked Apples With Biscuit Mascarpone Cream - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 3-4 apples
  • 120 grams of cinnamon biscuits
  • 250 grams of mascarpone
  • 10 grams of vanilla
  • 25 grams of butter
  • liquid honey for spreading
  • ice cream for garnish

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash, cut the apples in half so that the bottom is larger and clean it.

 

Crush the biscuits and mix them with the vanilla and mascarpone cream.

 

Mix until homogeneous and fill the fruit with the resulting mixture.

 

Put the lids on and put butter on the cleaned part of the handle. Bake the apples in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.

When ready, garnish with ice cream and liquid honey. Serve and enjoy.
