How To Cook Stuffed Baked Apples With Cottage Cheese And Raisins - Recipe

Required products :

5 large apples
300 grams of cottage cheese
100 grams of sugar
1 raw egg
50 grams of semolina
30 grams of butter
100 grams of raisins
vanilla
powdered sugar

Method of preparation :

Wash the apples thoroughly and cut off the top (lids). Then carefully carve the inside of the fruit with a tablespoon.
Make the filling. Grind the curd together with the sugar, vanilla and raw egg.
Add semolina, raisins (which you have previously washed and scalded with boiling water) and butter.
Fill the apples with the sweet mixture and arrange them in a tray.
Bake them in the oven at a temperature of 160-180 degrees until ready (about half an hour +/- 10 minutes).

Sprinkle the finished dessert with powdered sugar and serve while hot. In addition, you can offer your favorite jam or sour cream.
