How To Cook Stuffed Boiled Eggs With Ham, Cheese And Mayonnaise - Recipe

Serve boiled eggs stuffed with ham, cheese and mayonnaise. A different and interesting way of serving. Garnish with fresh parsley leaves for a beautiful arrangement.

Required products :

  • 5 eggs
  • 150 grams of ham
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • mayonnaise and fresh green spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the eggs (hard), peel them when cool, cut into pieces and remove the yolks from the whites.

 

Mash the yolks together with the mayonnaise. Once the mixture is homogeneous, add the finely chopped ham and fresh green spices. Stir and add salt.

 

Fill the egg whites with this combination and garnish with parsley leaves, olives and / or cucumbers.
