Required products :

6 eggs
1 canned tuna
1/2 small onion
25 grams carrots
1 tablespoon lemon juice
chopped fresh parsley
canned corn and parsley leaves for decoration

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the carrots whole, grate the required amount. Onions also grate.

Boil the eggs hard, adding 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the water. Let cool, peel and cut in half. Remove the yolks.

Drain the fish from the fat and mash with a fork. Add onion, carrot, chopped fresh parsley, mashed egg yolks and a spoonful of lemon juice. Stir thoroughly.

Fill the egg whites with the resulting mixture, garnish with parsley leaves and canned corn.

The appetizer is ready.
