Wash the whole potatoes well and boil them in salted water until ready.
When cool slightly, peel.
Grate the yellow cheese finely.
Cut the finished potatoes in two.
Trim part of the edges so that they become flat and can stand firmly.
Using a teaspoon, carve out part of the inside.
In the resulting hole knock a quail egg.
In this way, prepare the remaining potato halves.
Arrange them in a pan greased with oil or butter and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown (about 30-35 minutes).
You can serve the dish with fresh vegetables or various favorite sauces.
