Necessary products:

125 grams of butter

2 boiled eggs

2 radishes

1 cucumber

1 onion

80-100 grams of ham

200 grams of cheese

1 baguette

Method of preparation:

Beat the softened butter with a hand mixer or egg whisk until fluffy. Cut the eggs, radishes, ham, onion and cucumber into small cubes and mix them with the cheese and butter. Add salt and mix well. Make an incision in the bottom of the bagel and carefully cut the inside with a sharp knife. Thoroughly fill the bagel with the filling, being careful not to tear it. Then return the bread to its original state. Wrap tightly with cellophane and leave overnight or from morning to evening in the refrigerator. When you take the appetizer out of the fridge, cut it into pieces and serve!
