Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Cut the bread into squares, being careful not to cut the bottom crust, it should stay whole.
In a small bowl, mix the butter with the spices and spread the bread well on top and in the slits.
Fill each slice in the bread with jam and brie.
Bake under foil for about 20 minutes, then remove the skin and bake for 5 minutes for crispiness and golden color.
