How To Cook Stuffed Bread With Chicken Fillet, Smoked Bacon And Mushrooms - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 loaf of bread
  • 200 grams of chicken fillet
  • 100-150 grams of mushrooms
  • 100 grams of bacon (smoked)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh milk cream
  • 1 tomato
  • 100-150 grams of yellow cheese
  • green spices as you like
  • black pepper and salt
  • mayonnaise to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the top crust of the bread and remove the inside to get a kind of dish. Leave on the crusts about 1-1.5 centimeters from the soft part.

Crush half of the hollow and pour liquid cream or milk.

Finely chop the chicken fillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper, you can also add chicken seasoning, sprinkle with oil.

Fry it in a pan with the bacon, put the chopped mushrooms and onions if desired.

The finished mixture should be cooled and combined with the bread mass.

Fill the bread, arrange tomato rings on the surface and lightly spread with mayonnaise.

Bake it for 20-25 minutes in the oven. When ready, sprinkle with grated cheese and let it bake (for 3-5 minutes).
