How To Cook Stuffed Bread With Garlic Butter And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 bread with crispy crust
  • 3/4 cup grated yellow cheese
  • 100 grams of unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt

Method of preparation :

  • Melt the butter and mix it with the garlic, parsley and salt. Stir well.
  • Cut the bread diagonally every 2 centimeters without cutting the crust underneath.
  • Repeat in the other direction to cross the incisions.
  • Use your fingers or a knife to dissolve them and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of garlic oil and a pinch of cheese. You don't need to be careful, it's even nice to have butter and yellow cheese on the crust.
  • Wrap the bread in foil and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Open the foil and let the stuffed bread bake for another 5 minutes to have a golden and crispy crust.
  • Serve warm.
